it's one of those lazy saturday afternoons, when you're so bored, you decide to tune in to vasantham central to treat yourself to the latest bollywood offering on the small screen, while lazing on the living room couch. you then switch the tube off cuz you can't really comprehend why the bollywood directors make it a point to add a 10-minute-long song and dance scene to every movie, and you realize taking a nap would be a better way of spending the afternoon.

i paid 35 bucks to attend a teacher's conference at RP yesterday. yeap, i PAID to attend a teacher's conference at RP yesterday. talk about being ill-informed hahah. the only fruitful thing we got out of it was a tommy hilfiger mini tote bag ( it was in the goodie bag, to our pleasant surprise)

i thoroughly enjoyed it, i should say. this might just be my new hobby (have some doubts though, i tend to lose interest with everything rather spontaneously). heck, it might even be my future trade! (nah, seriously doubt it)

and the most amazing part ; THE FOOD VERY NICE! you should've seen the smirk on my face when i tasted my own abomination.
I am so proud of myself. HAHA
everyone in the family seemed to enjoy it also =D
nothing beats sitting down after all that hard work and insipration, and tucking in to your very own masterpiece. ze magnifique!

The boys went down to the court for a game of basketball today. great stuff
my conditioning is awful now. barely lasted the whole game.
but i managed to make myself useful and score lotsa baskets. my teams only lost once throughout the entire 2 hours we played =D
and yik shi scored a wtf basket from near the half court. when the ball chopped in we were like holy shit and we fell to the ground laughing in disbelief LOL

so it's back to sekolah after two whole months of saikanging! the sight of fresh year 1 meat and frolicking in the fishmarket a.k.a biz it library never looked so good.

my new teachers are pretty alright so far, we've got Victor Joe for MC lecture though. and he was yapping on and on about how he penalizes late reports and wadever again. he's obviously trying to instill some fear into the hall. TRY HARDER DUDE

and i totally dig the fact that i can now leave the house wayyyy later and still get to school on time! bukit timah ftw =D

oh yea, the dudes played basketball on monday during our 3 hour break. good fun, great workout. priceless moment = jiadi did a dramatic kung-fu flying steal with sound effects " the classic "NOOOOOO" " HAHAHAHAHAH WTF

my modem died on me again! it's times like these that really prove what a difference the internet makes in our lives nowadays.  i'm at the office now, with nothing to do, obviously. it's one of those rare days, when the boss ain't in, and everyone's just lazing around, goofing off and going for long toilet breaks. serenity, i tell you. 

so, i went to cut my hair yesterday. didn't like it, so im gonna go cut again today haha. still contemplating whether i should shave it all off. probably not, i hum ji. haha

been revisiting the classic rock and roll riffs of guns and roses recently. uberly ecstacy-tic stuff man. totally dig the licks from the lead (slash). like piping some marijuana into your ears. he plays guitar like hugh hefner plays women. what can i say. soak it all in

It's been ages since i last updated, so here's a long one for ya!

ITP is really CMI coz my company's CEO is a CCB who.... (trying to think of another 3 letter acronym)

Thy, once holding the title of "marketing executive', being the third biggest guy in the marketing department ( there are 3 ppl in the marketing department), who was once directly reporting to the marketing DIRECTOR mind you, feeling high and mighty, am now reduced to the humble title of "saikang executive". My job? to listen to every word that sonofacheesepie says, and usually the words that come out of his mouth are physically hazardous, e.g "go and pack the 20 foot container" and "u stand on the crane. i lift u up". SLUT!

and the guy is so cheapo, he replaced the guys that quit( for obvious reasons) with "foreign talent", usually from China. I am the only Singaporean left standing(though crippled), other than the tau kay and my supervisor the marketing director. We have a whole China brigade here, Malaysia colony, and a nice indian R&D engineer. And the brilliant boss even decided to hire a cute China woman with an english vocabulary the size of keith's manhood  to be the customer service operator. can u imagine. i finally put my uccd skills to good use! although we had difficulty communicating at times, we were all united in one way, bitching about the slut! even though i don't understand their language, i can tell when they are bitching about him. it's when the voice gets louder, diction improves, the slangs here and there get juicier, the hand gestures start flying around. you just know, ya know. music to my ears

but hey, the job does have its perks. free NAPFA training! and erm.......(scratches head only to be showered by dandruff)

enough about work. i've been maintaining my exercise regime recently! i feel so accomplished mannnnnn. gym twice a week, soccer on weekends, and the odd drills at home here and there. i'm doing this coz i dun wanna look like a fool when NAPFA comes. which is happening real real soon my male SP friends. dun everyday eat eat only

i've been catching up with my long lost friends recently! went cycling with my buddy jeanneeeeee the other day. had loooooooads to talk about, after not hanging out for like a year or something? haha i miss those year 1 days man, when we were so free and happy-go-lucky, and played tennis every wednesday. i remembered, that was the only day i marked down in my organizer every week HAHA! the "tennis with jeanne" day! LOL yea but i was glad to find that she's the same ol'  cartoon jeanneeeeee after all =D

and i've been going makaning and touring with my badminton kaki sabrina and fellow dubaian rynel recently, everytime we receive this little rectangular slip of paper with numbers on it. fun fun funnnnnn! bitching about keith especially HAHA. so far we went to this thai restaurant at vivo, secret recipe, and most recently(yesterday) sakae and spize! nothing beats good food and laughs =D cept maybe laughing till the good food comes back out hahaha

and of course, i never ditch the bros. been hanging out wif the gang quite often, just chilling after work and doing the stuff that we do best

all this for a humble salary of 400/month. worth it? i've seen toilet cleaners with better pay, and way less work, if you discount the smell-factor.

my lady boss wasn't in today, so i basically did accounts the whole day -.-


oh and George Teo my LO came down to visit me today! we chit chatted for about 20 mins. he's actually a nice guy, contrary to what others may think. at least he injected some well-needed socializing into my dull dull day.

the sheer power, arrogance, non-compromising style of the ali-lookalike just blew me away. Djokovic wanted to win. So did Tsonga. The only difference is that Tsonga wanted to do it HIS way. and that involves blasting every ball with all his might, and trying drop-shots from the most acute of angles. He wouldn't be satisfied if Djokovic lost. He wanted to WIN. he's a winner in my books =D

I felt so inspired watching the finals, so im gonna get back to my tennis ways after the exams. 2008 is gonna be a grand slam year. hahaha.
